Product application

The N2 supplement is a chemically defined, serum-free supplement. It is recommended for supporting the growth and expression of primary neuroblastoma and post-mitotic neurons derived from the peripheral and central nervous systems. The N2 supplement is available as a 100X concentrated solution and can be used in combination with Neurobasal medium after supplementation with growth factors such as bFGF and EGF. It can also be used in combination with DMEM.
