I Introduction

III Recommendations for Use
1. Insulin is almost insoluble in neutral fluids, but can be rapidly soluble in dilute acids or dilute bases, and test data show that insulin can be dissolved in 0.01M HCl solution at concentrations up to 20 mg/ml. It is recommended that you dissolve this product in dilute acetic acid (1%) or dilute hydrochloric acid (pH 2-3) to configure 1-10mg/ml mother liquor, and use a low-protein adsorption membrane for sterilization and filtration, and freeze it at -20 °C according to the required amount, avoid repeated freeze-thawing, and can be stored for at least 6 months.
2. For cell culture, a concentration of 1-10 μg/ml is often used, depending on the cell type cultured.
3. Wear gloves and masks when using, and do a good job of experimental protection.
