I Introduction
Liver Biotech is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the isolation, culture, cryopreservation and regeneration of primary hepatocytes. Ultra-low adsorption cell culture plates/dishes/flasks attach hydrogels bound to surface covalent bonds, which can minimize cell attachment, cell activation, enzyme activation and protein absorption; the hydrogel is not toxic to cells; it can be used for cell non-adherent culture, organoids, sphere and other cultures.
II Reagents and Materials

III Consumables Use
1. After sterilizing the outer packaging of ultra-low adsorption cell culture plates/dishes/flasks with 75% alcohol, quickly place it in a biosafety cabinet. UV disinfection for 15 minutes, then rip open the outer package and remove the culture plates/dishes/flasks, and place it for reserve.
2. Prepare the cultured cell suspension. Add the cell suspension along the well wall to the pretreated ultra-low adsorption cell culture. Plating density recommendation:
MSC/HUVEC: 3×104 cells/cm2
Huh7/HepG2: 96U, 1000 viable cells/wells
3. The density of cell groups varies depending on the type of cells, and researchers need to explore the optimal density by themselves. Replenish the total volume with cell culture solution to the recommended amount of culture solution (see attached table). (Note: Remember not to shake the plates/dishes/flasks vigorously or shake the culture medium, as this will destroy the ultra-low adsorption water adhesive and cause the cells to fail to form groups.)

5. Place the medium plates/dishes/flasks with the added cells in a 37 °C/5% carbon dioxide incubator. If the cells have already formed a group, prolonging the culture time may lead to the formation of large groups or tubular cell groups. It is recommended that the investigators transfer the cell groups according to the specific situation to avoid the above situation from happening.
6. The formation time of cell groups is about 12-96 hours, and it varies depending on the cell type, which needs to be explored by the investigators.
Note: It is not recommended to reuse the culture plate/dish/flask
